Year-Round News & Updates on the Minnesota Timberwolves
A recent report had the Timberwolves' forward: Michael Beasley injuring his wrist in an exhibition game in China.
There's been a lot of speculation & uncertainty in what exactly happened. A secondary report had Beasley fracturing his wrist. Beasley reportedly injured his wrist in the game, but it didn't hurt too much--so after the game he participated in a dunk contest--throwing down two dunks. However later that night and the next morning his wrist began to hurt and his wrist became increasingly difficult to move. Beasley then went to the doctor who diagnosed it as a fracture. Today Ric Bucher of ESPN Magazine confirmed that Beasley did not break his wrist. He also said that Beasley had it examined in Los Angeles as merely a precaution.
