The 2013-14 Minnesota Timberwolves are the winningest Wolves squad in the non-KG era. At 32-31 the Wolves sit one game above .500 with 18 games to go.
The Wolves still have playoff hopes, but they dwindle significantly with each loss. The two losses to the Knicks and then the Raptors were real backbreakers at the crucial part of the season. Minnesota has hovered around .500 all year long and it seems highly likely that they'll finish with a 40-win season (for the first time since the 04-05 season), but ultimately out of the Western Conference playoffs. As of Friday morning, the Wolves are 5.5 games behind the 7th & 8th seed Mavericks & Grizzlies and 3.5 games behind the 9th place Phoenix Suns. The Wolves will have to rattle off a lengthy winning streak and hope for mediocre play from two of those three teams. Unlikely and improbable, but not impossible. The Wolves will take it one game at a time and that continues Friday night in Charlotte vs. Big Al and the Bobcats. Jefferson signed a big deal with the Cats this past summer and he has quickly become the foundation and centerpiece of a franchise that's had a lot more valleys than peaks in its decade-long existence. Big Al is averaging 21.4 points & 10.3 rebounds in 34 minutes a night. Coupled with the play of Kemba Walker and under the direction of new head coach Steve Clifford, the Bobcats are likely on their way to the postseason for just the second time since they joined the league as an expansion franchise in 2004. Charlotte currently sits at 31-34 on the year and in 7th place in the Eastern Conference. They're 2 games ahead of the 8th seed Hawks and 5.5 games ahead of the 9th place New York Knicks (who may actually make the playoffs, if the Hawks continue to plummet). This Bobcats team features three former Minnesota 'Timberwolfs'. Obviously, Al Jefferson who was with Minnesota from 2007-10; Anthony Tolliver who was a Wolf from 2010-12; and Luke Ridnour who was with Minnesota from 2010-13. The Wolves traded Luke this past summer to the Bucks in order to free up cap space to sign Kevin Martin. Ridnour played 38 games with the Bucks before heading to the Bobcats on the Trade Deadline day (along withe Gary Neal) for another former Wolf (and Buck): Ramon Sessions. This is the second of two meetings between these teams this season. The Wolves took the first meeting at the Target Center 119-92 on January 10th. Big Al got going early in that one with 8 first quarter points, but that was all he'd score vs. his former team. Nikola Pekovic on the other hand, went off for 26 and boosted the Wolves over a Bobcats team that (at the time) had lost 7 of 8. You can check out the full recap here: Pek's 26 Boosts TWolves to Blowout Win over Bobcats. The Bobcats are playing better now, having won their last two outings, 4 of their last 5 and 7-straight at home. The Wolves come in having won 8 of their last 11, but only 1 of their last 3 meetings with Eastern Conference foes (all sporting inferior winning percentages--just like Charlotte). The Wolves are seeking their first four-game road winning streak since the 2008-09 season. The Bobcats are going for their 8th-straight home victory, the last time they won 8-straight at home was during the 2009-10 season (which was the lone time the Bobcats made the playoffs). The Wolves will be without Ronny Turiaf (knee) who is doing a few basketball related activities and is hoping to ramp that up a bit more in the following week to get back on the court and help the Wolves down the final stretch of the season. A.J. Price is still listed as 'out' with an appendectomy, it's uncertain if he'll be available to play, though because he doesn't actually ever play, I suppose it doesn't matter much. The Bobcats will be without big man Brendan Haywood who may miss the entire season with a fractured foot and swingman Jeffrey Taylor who is out for the season with a ruptured achilles. Gary Neal missed the Bobcats' last game for because of a 'team issue', though he's expected to play on Friday. Neal is averaging nearly 12 points in 7 games since joining the Bobcats. Tipoff is set for 6pmCST from the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, enjoy the game!

The Timberwolves definitely took their opponent for granted and simply ran through the motions on both ends through the majority of tonight's contest. Kevin Martin turned in a terrific third quarter and Love bounced back from a mediocre first half to propel the Wolves to a must-win against the NBA's worst team. The Bucks are now 13-51 and 2-23 vs. the Western Conference and well on their way to a Top 3 pick in this summer's draft. The Wolves on the other hand are battling against the odds to try and make the playoffs for the first time in a decade. Tonight's win was their 32nd of the season and the most wins in a year since the KG-era. At 32-31 the Wolves sit 5 games behind the 8th seed Memphis Grizzlies and 4 games behind the 9th place Phoenix Suns. The Wolves allowed the Bucks to get off to the best start the NBA has seen this season. Milwaukee went 12-for-12 from the field which is the most consecutive makes to start a game this season (previously 11-for-11 by Philadelphia). Following the 12-for-12 start, the Bucks finished the remainder of the game 27-for-62 (43.5%). Minnesota certainly realized they were going up against an inferior squad lacking of high-level NBA talent and as such they definitely didn't play 100% for 48 minutes. With that being said, the Bucks are a young team that's going to have a high draft pick in the upcoming draft in addition to a number of solid young players with a lot of potential: (MN native) Nate Wolters, Brandon Knight, Khris Middleton, John Henson & Giannis Antetokounmpo. It may take a couple of years, but the Bucks have a decent foundation to build this squad. At halftime the Bucks led 61-55. Milwaukee shot 59% from the field in the first half and had just 5 turnovers. That didn't last however, the Bucks turned the ball over 10 times over the final two quarters and in all, those 15 turnovers led to 30 TWolves points. The Wolves got the win over the Bucks back on December 28th by forcing Milwaukee to turn the ball over leading to easy opportunities on offense, such was the case in the second half of tonight's contest. Tonight's box score... Kevin Love had just 9 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist & 1 block in the first half, but got things going in the second half. He scored 8 of his 27 points in the third quarter and added another 10 in the fourth to finish with 27 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists and a season-high-tying 3 blocks in 42 minutes.
After playing 33 minutes against the Raptors on Sunday and sitting out Monday's practice (simply as a precaution after playing a lot of minutes despite being on that 20-minute limit). Pek played 23 minutes and finished with 14 points & 8 rebounds. With no Ersan Ilyasova (ankle) for the Bucks tonight, they moved John Henson to power forward and started Zaza Pachulia at center to combat Pek in the paint, it did little good as Pek got any shot he wanted. Kevin Martin was a big part of Minnesota's 31-point quarter where he scored 12 of his 26 points. He scored 26 points on 50% shooting in 31 minutes. He's been a bit up-and-down since his return from the thumb injury, but he's now strung together a couple of solid offensive outings. For every good J.J. Barea game we get about 5-6 bad J.J. Barea games. His inconsistency is maddening and his demeanor both on and off the court make him intolerable by the strong Minnesota fanbase. He had a "Good J.J." game scoring 19 points on 70% shooting along with 4 assists in 28 minutes off the bench. I watched the Bucks broadcast tonight and I heard Sidney Moncrief praise J.J. about six different times and even say, "I really like J.J. Barea's game". My only thought was, "We'll give him to you for absolutely NOTHING!" Despite allowing the Bucks to shoot 52.7% from the field and thus grabbing a season-low 34 rebounds, the Timberwolves rode 20-point outings from "the Kevins" for the 11-point victory over Milwaukee. The Wolves will be back in action vs. the Bobcats in Charlotte on Friday night, tipoff at 6pmCST. The 31-31 Minnesota Timberwolves will play host to the 13-50 Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night at the Target Center. This is the second of two meetings this season.
The Wolves took the first meeting 117-95 in Milwaukee. They entered that night (12/28) fresh off a win the night before vs. the Washington Wizards. Their win in Milwaukee got them back at .500 on the season at 15-15. At that time, the Bucks were suffering through a number of different injuries to key players and the Wolves certainly took advantage of that (just as many teams did to the Wolves a year ago). The Bruise Brothers both finished with double-doubles; Love led the team with 33 points, 15 rebounds & 6 assists, while Pek added 18 points & 11 rebounds. Martin also had a nice game finishing with 20 points and 4 three-pointers. Minnesota earned that win in Milwaukee with their three-point shooting (11-24) and forcing turnovers 20 for 25 MIN points. Here's the full recap of that game if you're interested: TWolves Back to .500 w/117-95 Win over Bucks. The Wolves aren't technically eliminated from the playoffs, however with the way they've been playing, coupled with the recent surges from the Mavericks and the Grizzlies, it seems as though they're going to have a tough time ending this decade-long playoff drought. That being said, the playoff hopes are still alive in the Wolves' players and in reality if they can rattle off a lengthy winning streak, they could find themselves in the thick of the race come early April. Some Gameday notes on tonight's matchup....
The Wolves will be without Ronny Turiaf (knee) and A.J. Price (appendectomy). The Bucks will be without Carlos Delfino who is out for the season with a foot injury. Larry Sanders is out with an eye injury, but is targeting a late-March return. Ekpe Udoh will be a gametime decision with an ankle injury. Tipoff is set for 7pmCST from the Target Center, enjoy! The Minnesota Timberwolves have just twenty games left in the season and with another disappointing loss to an Eastern Conference foe, the Timberwolves have fallen farther out of the playoff picture. Wolves fans have been clinging to some improved play from the Wolves as a slight hope that Minnesota could end this decade-long playoff drought. With losses to the Knicks and tonight to the Raptors, the Wolves haven't technically eliminated themselves from contention, but they've fallen even farther in the ultra-competitive West standings. The Wolves are now 5.5 games out of the final playoff spot with 20 games remaining. The Wolves have blown far to many winnable games this season and those losses to teams like the Celtics, Cavaliers, Wizards, Kings and most recently the Knicks; have come back to bite them at this point in the season. I myself have been holding out hope that the Wolves could rattle off a big winning streak and thrust themselves into the thick of the bottom half of the West playoff race. Unfortunately, these Wolves have shown they're nothing but inconsistent not just game to game, but quarter to quarter and even possession to possession. At this point, it's clear that even with the slim chance that the Wolves make the postseason, they're not a team that has what it takes for a first round upset over a team like the Thunder or Spurs. So, then it becomes, do you want a lottery pick (If it's 14 or better it goes to Phoenix) in a 'loaded' 2014 Draft class or a first round exit? I'd take the playoff series (even if it were a 4-game sweep) hands down, though most Wolves fans wouldn't agree. Ultimately, the majority are likely to get their wish. Tonight's game was a game of runs. The Raptors ended the first quarter on a 5-0 run to tie the game at 33. They then continued that run, pushing it to an 18-0 run. That big run came with a lineup of J.J. Barea, Chase Budinger, Luc Richard Mbah a Moute, Dante Cunningham and Nikola Pekovic. Adelman took a timeout with the Raptors up 13 with 8:30 to play in the second quarter. Adelman put Brewer & Love back in the game with Bud, J.J. & Pek and the Wolves promptly went on a 17-2 run to take a 50-48 lead with 2:10 to play. The Raptors led 52-53 at halftime. Toronto began the third quarter on a 7-0 run to take an 8-point lead, before the Wolves responded with a 10-4 run to make it a two-point game midway through the quarter. Ultimately, the Wolves just didn't have enough down the stretch as a Lowry-led Raptors squad proved to be too much for the Wolves. To be honest, on paper, the Wolves have the superior squad with the superior individual players. The difference between these squads is that the Raptors have found a way to put all their parts together to get a sum that's something special and has them playing well enough to be the third-best team in the East. While the Wolves have been an inconsistent mess all year long, good enough for 10th in the West. If the Raptors were in the Western Conference they'd probably be in a similar situation to the Wolves or Grizzlies (just on the outside of the playoff picture looking in). Toronto is a good team, but like every team not from Miami or Indiana out East, they couldn't cut it in the West. That being said, I'll be very interested to track their progress this spring as they battle in the Eastern Conference playoffs. Tonight's box score... The Wolves bench was a disaster once again. They've proven that they're incapable of looking like a functional five-man unit all season long and tonight was just another validation of that fact. They mustered just 16 of Minnesota's 104 points. It's pretty clear that Minnesota's bench is going to look radically different next fall, hopefully that begins with ridding the team of Jose Juan Barea.
The Wolves allowed the Raptors to shoot 48.7% from the field and 58.3% from deep. Toronto also held a +10 advantage on the boards. Toronto's offense relied on a lot of long-range shots and unfortunately they kept dropping. It was like watching Carmelo Anthony and his Knicks all over again. The difference is that the Raptors relied nearly entirely on those long-range and mid-range shots, finishing with just 20 points in the paint. MISC. STATS: Kevin Love finished just one assist shy of his second career triple-double. Kyle Lowry finished with his 5th career triple-double. This was also Nikola Pekovic's first double-double since returning from that ankle injury, he played the most minutes (33) since his return, too, despite still technically being on that 20-minute restriction. Love's 26pts & 11reb give him his 52nd double-double. The most double-double Love has had in a single season is 64 (in 2010-11), with 20 games left he could best that. Kevin Love hit four three-pointers tonight to give him 144 on the season, that sets a new franchise record for threes made in a single season, previously held by Rashad McCants (142 in 2007-08). Corey Brewer tied a career-high for the second time with 6 steals. The Wolves are back to .500 at 31-31. They'll be matched up against one of the NBA's worst on Tuesday night when the Milwaukee Bucks will come to town. Tuesday's game tips off at 7pmCST from the Target Center. The Timberwolves had little trouble early pushing the lead to 30 over a Detroit Pistons team that just seemed disinterested on court. It was the 12th game this season that the Wolves have held a 30-point lead in a game. Like most big leads the Wolves have built this season, it didn't last too long and the inevitable happened--the Pistons went on a big run to get back in the game. Detroit's run to get back in the game came through the first part of the fourth quarter. The Wolves outscored the Pistons 31-24 in the third quarter and were up 97-69 after three. With a 28-point lead, Adelman felt good enough to turn the game over to his reserves to ride out this big lead and close out the Pistons' second unit. Unfortunately, the second unit was nothing short of dreadful in the fourth quarter--which (to their credit) is the complete opposite of how they played in the second quarter. The second unit scored just 2 points through the first five-and-a-half minutes of the quarter. As a result, Adelman turned to his starters at the 6:30 minutes left mark to close out the game. Despite that, a unit led by Willy Bynum, Charlie Villanueva, Luigi Datome, Jonas Jerebko & Andre Drummond hung with the Wolves. They got that once 30-point lead down to 11 points a number of times in the final few minutes, but that's as close as they'd get as Love & Pek helped the Wolves close out the 114-101 victory. A large part of Minnesota's success was containing the Detroit big men. Kevin Love & Nikola Pekovic got Greg Monroe & Andre Drummond into foul trouble early and limited how aggressive they could be on both ends. Drummond came into tonight's game on a tear, but Pekovic got him into foul trouble early and Andre eventually fouled out with just under two minutes to play in the game. Detroit's budding superstar played just 21 minutes and finished with 6 points, 7 rebounds & 2 blocks. He was basically entirely ineffective until the fourth quarter where he scored 4 of his 6, grabbed 6 of his 7 boards and had his two blocks, playing 7 of his 21 minutes. Tonight's box... The Pistons had just 4 assists at halftime. They went with Willy Bynum for the majority of the fourth quarter and he helped move the ball better with that oddball lineup that got the Pistons back into it late in the fourth. They finished with 17.
The Wolves were out-rebounded by a +5, beat by a +8 on the fast break and a +12 in the paint. They overcame those deficiencies with the interior play from Love & Pek. In addition to to that, Kevin Martin bounced back from a very poor performance vs. the Knicks. He took advantage of the matchup with Kyle Singler early, scoring 11 of his 24 in the first quarter alone. The Wolves improve to 31-30 on the season, they still sit 5 games out of that final West playoff spot. They'll be back in action Sunday evening at the Target Center vs. the Toronto Raptors, tipoff is set for 6pmCST. The New York Knicks came into tonight's contest losers of 13 in their last 15 outings. Unfortunately for the Wolves' playoff aspirations, Minnesota couldn't contain the 8th-worst offense in the NBA (averaging just 97.3 points per game) as they went off for 118 points led by Carmelo Anthony's 33. In what was pegged as a showdown of All-Star forwards, tonight's game didn't live up to the billing. Kevin Love had one of his worst outings in a very long time finishing with 19 points & 8 rebounds. It's his first sub 20-point game since he had 15 points vs. the Blazers in a 104-115 loss on January 25th. It's amazing that a player can go for 19 points & 8 boards and it be considered and 'off' game for him. After you average 34 points & 14.1 rebounds per game in the month of February, it becomes hard to live up to that kind of billing each and every night. You have to tip your cap to the Knicks' big men, particularly Tyson Chandler, who spent most of the night checking Love. His length and athleticism was certainly bothersome for Kevin. The Wolves 'shot themselves in the foot' tonight with their sloppy play. Ricky Rubio had 6 turnovers (4 of which came in the first quarter). He did shoot the ball a bit better, going 4-for-6 from the field in addition to 6 rebounds, 8 assists & 2 steals. J.J. Barea followed up his excellent night vs. the Nuggets with a real stinker. Barea shot just 1-for-9 from the field in 15 minutes off the bench. In most everyone's estimation, Barea played about 15 minutes too many. His night was capped midway through the fourth quarter when Rubio went to the scorers table. Upon seeing Ricky at the table, J.J. made sure to toss up one more, well-contested, terrible shot before reluctantly trudging to the bench. It's night's like these that I'm glad we carry three point guards on the roster so that when Rubio & Barea struggle we can put in Pri....oh....never mind. Every game counts when you're battling for that final seed in the Western Conference playoffs. The Wolves came into the night 4.5 games behind the 8th seed Phoenix Suns with a chance to put the Wolves 4 games behind. The Mavericks fell to the Nuggets and the Grizzlies got pummeled by the Nets tonight, so a win vs. New York would have been fantastic for the Wolves. Unfortunately they're left treading water with just 22 games to go. Tonight's box score... The Wolves turned it over 14 times, allowed the Knicks to shoot 52.2% from the field and 40.7% from deep. The Knicks took a lot of long jumpers courtesy of Anthony, J.R. Smith & Tim Hardaway Jr. All night long, I assumed they'd slow down and start missing those inefficient shots at some point, but it never really happened, they took those difficult shots and they consistently hit those shots, all night.
The Wolves are back at .500 on the season and they remain in 10th place in the West. Unfortunately, instead of 4 games back, they're now 5 games behind Phoenix/Dallas for the 7th or 8th seed. The Wolves are back in action vs. the Pistons on Friday night. That game will tip from the Target Center at 7pmCST, enjoy. The Nuggets certainly made things interesting down the stretch, but the Wolves escaped the Mile High City with a 132-128 win thanks to their efficiency at the free throw line. The Wolves went 52-for-64 at the line which sets new franchise records in makes (previously 41) and attempts (previously 51). Kevin Martin himself made the same amount of free throws as the entire Nuggets squad. The Wolves led by 19 points with 6:07 to play (113-92). The Nuggets finished the quarter on a 36-19 run, but couldn't overcome Minnesota's efficiency at the line and the Wolves grabbed their third win of the season in a game decided by four points or less. Kevin Martin was a bit part of this win, hitting a season high 16 free throws on a season-high 17 attempts. Martin was a perfect 10-for-10 in the fourth quarter, with 8 of those attempts coming in the final 26 seconds. The Nuggets countered by hitting four consecutive three-pointers in the final 23 seconds. The Wolves definitely put this one on cruise control and unfortunately the Nuggets hit some difficult shots down the stretch to get this game close. The Nuggets cut the lead to single digits with 1:26 to play. It was the first time the Wolves lead was down to single digits since the opening quarter. It definitely has to hurt for the Nuggets. When you score 128 points in a game you expect to win. As a matter of fact, coming into tonight's game, the Nuggets had won their last 52 games at home when scoring 110 points or more. The Wolves countered with their 10th 120+ point outing of the season (a new franchise record and second-most this season behind L.A. Clippers' 11). With tonight's win the Wolves move one game above .500. Minnesota is also 5 games behind the 8th seed and 4 games behind the 9th place Grizzlies. The Wolves have a very good chance to continue their late push to the playoffs with a very favorable upcoming schedule, of Minnesota's next 6 opponents only one of them sports a winning record (the Raptors on 3/9). Tonight's box score... Minnesota scored a season-high 132 points and gave up an opponent season-high 128 points.
The Wolves got great production from J.J. Barea (who always seems to elevate his game vs. the Nuggets). Barea played well, but did he play well enough to have Ricky Rubio on the bench down the stretch once again? No. Especially when the Wolves were in desperate need of perimeter defense and the best free throw shooters. Ricky Rubio shoots over 80% from the line on the season and he definitely would've fought through some picks better than J.J. Unfortunately it's something that we're going to continue to see for the remainder of the season. The Wolves had three players set new season-highs in free throw attempts (and or makes): Barea (7-8), Martin (16-17) & Muhammad (5-6). I think it goes without saying that if the Wolves want to make the playoffs it's going to take a much better effort on both sides of the ball than what we saw tonight. If the Wolves are allowing a Nuggets squad led by Ty Lawson, Wilson Chandler & Randy Foye to score 128, how will they fare against a Thunder squad led by Durant, Westbrook & Ibaka or a Rocket trio of Harden, Howard & Parsons...how about the Clips' Paul, Griffin & Redick? Clearly it'll take better D...or just 'some' D. The Wolves are back in action on Wednesday night back at the Target Center after finishing their five-game road trip 4-1. Wednesday's game will tip at 7pmCST vs. the visiting New York Knicks, enjoy! The Wolves have had their well-documented struggles this season closing out close games, tonight was not one of those cases. The Wolves closed out the game on an 11-2 run and avoided a slip-up despite a late rally from a Kings squad with three players averaging 20+ points a game. The Kings are the only team in the NBA with three players averaging 20 points or more a game (Isaiah Thomas, DeMarcus Cousins & Rudy Gay). Unfortunately, their impressive individual scoring numbers have not led to a lot of team success in another rebuilding year in Sacramento. The Wolves have one 20-point scorer and two others who average between 18-19. The Wolves have been without their two 18-19 point scorers the past 7 games and they've been without their 18-points per game scorer for the past 13. Kevin Martin has missed the last 7-straight games with a broken thumb and Nikola Pekovic has missed the last 13-straight with bursitis in his right ankle. Both made their returns to the starting lineup tonight and both had an immediate (positive) impact. There was some slight rust from both, but, for the most part, they looked really good and it was the kind of jolt the Wolves could really use if they still have the playoffs in their sights. Kevin Martin was impressive early making his first five shots from the field. He finished with 14 of his 26 points in that first quarter. Rookie Ben McLemore was tasked with defending the former King Martin and he didn't have much success against the former franchise player. Martin finished with 26 on 56% shooting in 34 minutes. In his NBA career, his team's are now 5-0 when facing the Kings in Sacramento. Pek came alive in the second quarter where he scored 8 of his 20 points and I can assure you that when Cousins heard Pek was returning, he had to have been less than thrilled. Cousins still had a great outing (21 points & 17 rebounds), but he just didn't look comfortable out while the two exchanged blows in the paint. Pek was supposed to be on a 20-minute time limit (according to head trainer Gregg Farnam). Nikola played 28 minutes in tonight's win. Obviously the ankle was feeling all right. The big thing will be how it feels tomorrow. The Wolves don't play again until Monday in Denver vs. the Nuggets, so he'll have a day of rest before returning to the floor (stay tuned to the injury report for an update on any issues with Pek's ankle or Martin's thumb). Kevin Love ended his streak of 6-straight 30+ point games and his streak of 12-straight 25+ point games with 22 in tonight's win. Love only attempted 12 shots and while the Kings did a decent job of taking some things away from him offensively, Love found other avenues to aid in team success. He helped Ricky with the role of playmaker with 7 assists, he also turned things up defensively registering a couple of steals and a block. Beyond the steals/blocks numbers he also had a number of nice sequences where he was challenging the opposing bigs at the rim, something we haven't seen him do consistently this season. Ultimately, you know Love could care less about his 30 or 25 point streak ending, I'll go out on a limb and say that having his starters join him back on the court and getting the win was reward enough. The Wolves now move to 3-1 on their 5-game road trip with the finale coming Monday night in Denver. Minnesota also got back to .500 on the season and as of Saturday night, they're 5 games behind the Phoenix Suns for that 8th and final playoff spot. Tonight's box score... Rudy Gay had a terrific first half! He scored 22 of his 24 points in the first two quarters (12 in the first and 10 in the second). However, he completely disappeared in the second half and the Kings definitely felt the ill effects of that.
The Kings actually outscored the Wolves in every quarter except the third. Unfortunately (for the Kings) they were outscored by a +17 (31-14) in the third. That well-balanced third quarter was a big key to this Wolves win. They got 7 points from Love, 6 from Brewer, 5 apiece from Martin, Pek & Cunningham and another 3 from Rubio. The other big key was how the Wolves responded to a late push from the Kings with a surge of their own. That 11-2 run is a terrific sight for Wolves fans that have seen too many big leads evaporate down the stretch with those eventually leading to bad losses to inferior teams. The Wolves are back in action Monday night in Denver, tipoff is set for 8pmCST. |
